Isn't she adorable? My granddaughter, Amya Gianna was born May 12th. I still can't fathom being a grandmother, yet, but the more I see her, the more I love it!
Oh my God! Look at that tiny hand compared to the long finger! She's soooo cute! Cathie, you must be in love all over again! Where have you been? I miss hearing from you...
I've loved jewelry ever since I was little & my parents gave me my first piece of jewelry at Christmas. I have a very large collection of jewelry.
I joined the Army at 17 & stayed in for 8 years. I broke my neck but didn't have problems until I broke my back later on . I finally had to give in & get out ~ I wasn't able to fulfill the Army's physical fitness demands. I was trying hard to get & keep a job but it was hard as I was hospitalized constantly. I finally stopped working in 1991.
Having 4 children kept me busy, but there was still something missing. My love of jewelry turned into my teaching myself how to make it. That was about 5 years ago, & that's where my journey began.
Today, I am proud member of the community of Self Representing Artist Jewelry Designers. I'm self taught in Wire Wrapping, Beading, PMC, Stamping, Soldering, & am learning Lampworking! I just love it all & can't pick just one!
I can't wait to share my jeweled journey with you and hope you like what I do! If there's anything you'd like from me, I'm only a contact away!
